The Skills for Jobs project, also referred to as PrilikaPlus, is part of SDC's youth employment portfolio in Bosnia and Herzegovina and contributes to SDC’s 2017-2020 Cooperation Strategy, namely in the priority themes of economy and employment.
Its impact ambition is to improve employability and productivity of job-seekers, VET students and employees in need of skills enhancement – the final beneficiaries of the project – with a view to reduce unemployment among the young and women.
BSS carried out a summative evaluation and assessed the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the project. We also formulated recommendations for a potential follow-on phase.
